PO Receiving On Your Handheld Device
To process a received purchase order in Warehouse Shark simply scan the PO barcode, enter the quantity received, and the location where it is being received. Features of PO Receiving include:
- Receiving materials against a PO to a dock or warehouse location
- Real-time printing of PO material labels
- Ability to receive traceable parts by ID (with expiry dates available)
PO Receiving Inside The Control Center
After you’ve received a PO on your handheld device the information is automatically and instantaneously pushed to your ERP. From there, you can see the date your PO was received and track whether you have any undelivered orders. You can filter POs by vendor or part ID.
PO Putaway On Your Handheld Device
The PO Putaway process is simple. Simply scan the PO label with your handheld device and enter the new location the order is being stored. Features include:
- Put away of raw materials into a staging location
- Lookup listing function of available locations in the warehouse to store order
PO Putaway Inside The Control Center
The Control Center displays information about where received POs have been stored including which parts were received, how many, at which warehouse, and where inside the warehouse the order was put away.
Quality Control Hold & Release On Your Handheld Device
The QC area of the Inbound Module gives you the ability to hold and release incoming parts requiring inspections. QC Hold / Release will become available on your handheld device once you’ve set up the corresponding inspection settings in your ERP. Features include:
- "Inspection Required" flag
- Quarantine
